It’s possible that video ads have been disabled. From the settings screen (via the cog icon on the main screen), scroll down, and ensure "Video Ads" is checked. This will enable the option for free hints and bonus coin offers.

You might not get offered a video ad if you have a poor internet connection or the Ad provider hasn’t made a video available.
FORCE QUIT
Some users have had success by forcing the game to quit and re-opening.

I have completely finished a puzzle pack apart from one picture puzzle which continuously fails to load. Because of this I have been unable to purchase a new puzzle pack!! Help!
